Joe Testani has over 32 years of investigative and managerial experience with the Federal Bureau of Investigation where he served in the Philadelphia, Boston, and Buffalo Divisions. He was recognized as one of the Bureau’s top leaders and was considered an innovator in his field. The FBI relied on Joe’s experience and expertise to develop several national initiatives. After leaving the FBI, Joe was the Director of the Justice and Security Institute at Roberts Wesleyan University where he oversaw the development of cutting-edge training, to include the emerging field of threat assessment and management.

Kevin Black served 20 years with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, primarily in San Diego and Buffalo Divisions. Admitted to practice law in New York State and the Federal W.D.N.Y since 1997, Kevin frequently acted as Division Counsel for the Buffalo Division, and as Supervisor for the Joint Terrorism Task Force. His work as a case agent included 16 years with the national Financial Crimes Response Team, and earned three nominations for the F.B.I. Director’s Award. His career covered drugs, white collar crime, public corruption and counterterrorism. Prior to joining the F.B.I., he was a civil litigator, and also taught economics as a graduate assistant at Syracuse University.
